2022 CMA Fest Packages on sale April 8, 2021


We are putting the finishing touches on our website and packages for the 2022 CMA Music Festival.  Next year CMA will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Fan Fair/CMA Music Festival and it is sure to be a party to remember!  Come back to this page on Thursday, April 8 for our 2022 packages.  The sooner you book with us the better seating and hotel options we will have to consider.

2021 CMA Fest will not take place

3/2/21 –  12pm central time – Today the CMA announced via their website and press release that the
2021 CMA Music Festival scheduled for June 10-13, 2021 will not take place.  


From the CMA website:

“After thoughtful deliberation, we are saddened to share that CMA Fest will not take place in 2021. We know our fans near and far have hoped that the festival could safely return this summer, and while we are encouraged to see COVID-19 vaccines becoming more widely available, we still face several challenges that prevent us from bringing our fans around the world the CMA Fest experience they have come to expect. But rest assured, we have already started planning what will be the most EPIC celebration of Country Music next summer. Mark your calendars for CMA Fest June 9-12, 2022!”

What is the process now

If you made your reservations through CMA, Ticketmaster, or another company, you should be in contact with them regarding your options.


If you are one of our package holders

  1. Over the next few days I will be working out our plan going forward. We have all of our seats back for 2022 and I need to start working with our hotels for next year’s festival. I will email everyone an update on that process before the end of the week.
  2. I expect that early next week, hopefully Monday, we will start working through the process much like we did last year.
  3. We will be contacting each and every one of the main package holders to go over the options we have for you. We will be handling this just like we did last year as it proved effective and all of our guests were well taken care of.
  4. We have a small office of 4 people and we have many, many customers for this and other events. I expect we will get through this process by the end of the month as long as we can do it in an orderly fashion.

We ask that you do not email or call until we have reached out to you.

Last year when the Festival cancelled, we were in shock, but not surprised. Things look much better at this time going forward, but I think June 2021 was just too soon to get large crowds together. CMA has made a decision that is responsible and is best for the short and long term and we commend them for that.
I think we all can agree we are looking forward to getting back together safely with friends to celebrate the best country music in the world.
