Tennessee Express Tours was established in 1974 as Nashville Express Tours as both an inbound and outbound tour service. The company was purchased in 1988 by Spence and Judy Oliver. Spence and Judy had owned several different hotels in Nashville and had over 25 years of hotel management experience combined. They decided to make Nashville Express Tours strictly an inbound tour company, often called a receptive operator (meaning we just handle Nashville and the surrounding area). At the end of 2007, Spence and Judy sold Nashville Express Tours to their son Bill Oliver, and now Bill operates the business day to day bringing groups to Tennessee, but Spence kept the CMA Fest part of his business and continued to work it daily until he retired in 2012. Spence still owns CMAFest4less, inc, but his son Bill and the team at Tennessee Express Tours operate it on his behalf.
A family tradition of service for Tennessee visitors for more than 4 decades!
Bill is joined in the office by four great ladies that really run the place. Jackie Moore is the primary CMA Fest specialist, along with Christy Lewis in Group Sales, Carrie Justus in operations and Cecily Huskey on social media. They stand at the ready to assist you and make your CMA Fest the vacation of a lifetime.
