2023 KEY FESTIVAL INFORMATION
Your CMA Fest Digital Tickets – If you purchased a package through our company, For each seat for CMA fest in your package, you will receive 5 digital tickets. Each seat will receive a digital ticket for Thursday night, one for Friday night, one for Saturday night, and one for Sunday night, plus one that is good for Fan Fair X for all four days of the Fest (June 8-11). The tickets are delivered digitally so you should have them on your phone prior to your arrival in Nashville.
When you download the tickets and the tickets have a bar code (should be on June 1), please download them into your phone’s wallet for security. These are “live” tickets and can be read by scanners at the venues, but screenshots will not work.
If you can see the ticket in your phone but cannot find the button to add to your Apple or Google wallet, try turning your phone sideways as this has worked for some of our guests. SCREENSHOTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
If you are seated on the football field – SECTIONS 1-21 or the field wheelchair ramp – You will need to enter the stadium through Gate 6 (located on the river side of Nissan Stadium) As you enter through that gate you will receive a wristband that is required to sit anywhere on the football field.
Please note that the Ascend Amphitheater admission is not included in the 4-day pass as those performances are at the same time as the Nissan Stadium nightly concerts. If you wish to attend those concerts, you will need to purchase tickets directly through Ticketmaster.com.

A few event changes we think worth noting: Nissan Stadium is now a Smoke and Vape free facility. There is no longer a smoking area at the stadium. Nissan Stadium is completely cashless, you will need a credit or debit card for all purchases there, and don’t forget your ID as everyone is carded for adult beverages.
Bag Policy – NFL Regulations: Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed. Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap CAN be taken into any of the CMA Fest venues with one of the clear plastic bag options shown below. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Small purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. Pre-purchased 4-day shuttle passes from Gaylord Opryland an the Inn at Opryland to and from CMA Fest – Please reference the forms here – Gaylord to CMA Shuttle Info – Please note the daytime drop and pick up is at 201 4th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37201 adjacent to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Nighttime pick ups and drops at Nissan Stadium will be in PARKING LOT P, located at 600 South 2nd Street, Nashville, TN 37213.
For security reasons, CMA has discontinued the photo lines at Riverfront and Nissan Stadiums.
Camera Policy – Camera attachments, tripods, monopods, cameras with detachable lenses, any video capture devices including “GoPro” type cameras prohibited
